Our new favorite essential oil roller is this Essential Oil Roller for cold hands and feet.  My daughter’s hands are always cold.  I mean always!  We all joke about how we hate for her to touch us because no matter what she does her hands are like icicles.

It wasn’t a big deal until we got bearded lizard.  We all love our cute new friend but my daughter is a serious animal lover so it killed her that she couldn’t hold our lizard because her hands were so cold.

She tried everything to warm up her hands.  She tried rubbing them together, keeping them under the blanket, even sitting on them, but even though she felt warm, her hands were still really cold.

If your hands or feet are always cold, this essential oil warmer for cold hands can help.

She asked if essential oils could help her hands warm up so I did some research.  I found out that essential oils can help stimulate blood circulations in hands and feet which can warm them up.  I will admit that I was a skeptic that they would help my daughter’s icy hands feel warmer, but I am very familiar with the oils we used and I know them to be safe so I thought I would give it a try.

Essential Oil Roller for cold hands and feet

The Essential Oil Roller for Cold Hands and Feet really helped!  Her hands are actually warm to the touch and she can hold our bearded lizard!  It worked so well that my very skeptical son asked me if I would make him a roller too.

Here is the recipe for the Cold Hands and Feet Essential Oil Roller:

Put the following into a regular size roller bottle:

Then fill the roller bottle with carrier oil.

And if you aren’t sure where to start with essential oils, this post will help.

    1. I started making my roller bottles when I realized I always use the same combination for some things. It really makes it more convenient for me instead of grabbing 3 different bottles.
