This sprained ankle essential oil roller helped my daughter get back to soccer after she sprained her ankle!
It’s spring and that means spring sports. In our family we have kids playing soccer, tennis, rugby, and of course pick up basketball. Our lives are crazier than usual. When my daughter came home from soccer practice limping she asked me what essential oil she should use. This was a new one for me so I did some research and put together this sprained ankle essential oil roller.
I told my daughter to roll the sprained ankle essential oil roller on her hurt ankle and put it up with an ice pack. She used the roller that night and put ice on it, and was able to sleep. In the morning her ankle hurt again so she put the roller on again. She rested that day and reapplied sprained ankle essential oil roller throughout the day. The second day her ankle felt so much better that she went back to soccer practice.
She continued to use the sprained ankle roller over the next couple of days and by day 4, you would never know that she hurt her ankle as she played in her soccer game.

Here is the recipe for the Sprained Ankle Essential Oil Roller:
Put the following into a regular size roller bottle:
- 5 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Clove Essential Oil
- 5 drops of Pine Essential OIl
Then fill the roller bottle with carrier oil.
